Hi,

When you buy a new mac with the current OS X - Leopard, it always comes with iLife pre-installed.

But, if I was running Tiger for example and wanted to upgrade and go out and buy the retail version of Leopard, would that also contain iLife? Or would I need to purchase this separately.

Thanks,
AnDy

You can always install the previous version of iLife again from your original install discs, or if you do an archive and install it will already be loaded along with all of your other applications and documents.

I was also wondering because of this, i'm going to purchase a macbook once the new ones are out, and then upgrade it to Snow Leopard once that is released, but aren't keen on losing iLife and not knowing about it!
