Packaged Themes??

Is there a place where I could get packaged themes? If so is there a tutorial on how to put them in the iPhone 4? I have a macbook, but am not very savvy when it comes to photoshop, winterboard, ssh and all of that. I saw this theme and thought it was great, but you need a PC for it. I am willing to purchase themes because I don't have the time or talent to create them
