Anyone else got a Pad and Quill case here? I've just received one for my iPhone 12 mini and love the look of it.

However, I've come up with a small problem - it seems that if I leave the phone in the case on the desk and then open the case, the adhesive doesn't keep the phone in place, it just falls out (into my hand so far). Has anyone else found this a problem with pad and quill cases?

Tell them. They have good customer service from what I've read. I've had several of their iPad cases.

Good idea, have just sent them a message. I'm hoping it's just bad adhesive on this case rather than expected behaviour.

Only seems to happen if i leave the phone on the desk for a little while before opening it, will be sending it back if it's "expected" as there's no point to a case that doesn't hold the phone in.

Just realised I should very much follow this up (thought I had done!). Pad & Quill rapidly dispatched a replacement adhesive sticker (and phone holder) for my iPhone 12 mini at my request (rather than returning it and getting a new one), which was a slightly involved process, but I got it spot on second time (without damaging anything!) and the case has been performing perfectly since!
