Whats up wth Page 2 there hasnt been a new story on it for nearly 2 weeks? Does some othe admin run it or what?

Page 2 is for unreliable rumors. So probably all rumors that came in were quite reliable or so unreliable that even Page 2 would have been given them too much credibility.
