I have a rather annoying issue that I can't seem to solve on my own.
Every time I click on an embedded hyperlink in Word 2008 (whether pointing to a bookmark in the same document, or a bookmark in a different document) it jumps correctly but automatically changes the layout to "Print Layout." I need it to stay in Draft Layout at all times. Anybody have a fix for this?
I've managed to used scripts to quickly convert a document to draft format, but that still involves a keystroke after clicking on the hyperlink. There must be some way to instruct Word to keep the document in draft format after a hyperlink.
The normal.dotm file is set to draft already. This problem seems to bypass the normal formatting applied to documents.
Please help!
