How do I page up and down quickly?

How do you do it? It's not like a PC. Very new to Mac.

Fn-up arrow = page up
Fn-dn arrow = page dn

For reference, here is Apple's list of system shortcuts: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT1343

Definitely learn the key symbols shown at the top of that list, as menu items have their shortcuts displayed symbolically.

I also recommend you get friendly with the Help menu, which is always the rightmost menu. Typing "keyboard shortcuts" in there provides a lot of this information.

Welcome to Mac.

Thank you for the helpful info!

Try Command + the up or down arrow.

This is what I was needing. Thank you! I wanted to go to the top of the page.

----------

control + up
control + down

This only changes the desk top view. But thanks anyway.:)

Not really. It's very simple.

Fn-up arrow = page up
Fn-down arrow = page down
Fn-left arrow = top of page
Fn-right arrow = bottom of page
