Can anyone help me figure out how to get the default 3-column header in Pages 5 back to a single column. I'm not proud to say this, but this problem is one of the reasons I haven't adopted this new app.

Do not believe there is a way to do it. That is why I am still using the previous version of Pages 4.3. Not exactly sure why this was done in version 5 and why no option was given to change it.
