Hi
I already have Pages and Numbers. If I update them to the new version will I have to purchase the inapt stuff to get the full functionality back? The same goes for my iOS versions.

It's confusing.

Thanks and I rely like Mavericks so far.

What I missed somewhere is iWork's is free on iOS devices but still shows with a cost in the MacApp store. I haven't been using either but am just confused on that one.

The iWork suite comes free with new Macs purchased. All people with old Macs will have to pay to upgrade to the new versions. Since the new versions really suck, the question is, can you uninstall iWork and install the old one on a new Mac?

My 2008 MBA has iWork's but I haven't used or installed it. I just got the MBA cheap and still haven't put it to good use.
I will likely sell it.

Thanks.. I keep trying to switch to iWork but before I retired I used the old Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at work. Just so used to these I keep using them..

Need to move forward one of these days!!
