I've just got the pages app and noticed on the poster template it has shapes / images with no wrap on them so they can be positioned over text without causing it to move however when I add my own shape or image I can't remove the wrap only select automatic , around or above and below.

Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks :)

Hi,

I've just been messing around with this - it's strange that in the poster templates wrap is comely turned off, but then if turn it on, you can't remove it again. I'm going to keep playing with this to see if I can figure it out.... Do post back if you solve it...

This is the most infuriating thing not being able to turn OFF wrap! Surely it's a bug or a glaring omission? As for the templates, I wonder if they were created in the desktop version of pages, where you can turn off wrap, and used for the iPad - just a thought though.

I've tried everything I can think of the functionality is there, but no obvious way of turning it off
