Pages: Blue dots?!?

Hi MacRumors.

I was typing something up today in Pages (iWork '08, if you're interested) and accidentally hit some weird keystroke. Suddenly there's blue dots as spaces and paragraph symbols where I've entered. Small screenshot here-

How do I undo this?

This is "show invisibles," which can be invoked with shift-cmd-i, View/show invisibles on the toolbar, and also under the View menu. It's pretty important to know about this!

FYI (if this is your paper) the bolded red commas are comma splices

I wouldn't worry about the first one, it reads well and is common usage (IMO). The second one is a bit awkward though. I haven't read the linked text however so I don't know the context.
