I've recently bought EndNote now that it works with Pages, and for the most part it works great. I'm only having one problem that I just can't figure out.
When I've inserted references into my Pages document everything works great except for the fact that Pages doesn't always use the same styling on the references that it should use. Namely some sources (seemingly at random) don't get italics or underlined etc. I've both used the default EndNote output styles and created my own, but nothing works.
I'll attach two images from inside Pages, one from the Manage Citations window, which shows the correct style and one from the result in Pages where you can see that the sources are treated differently. All the sources use the "Book" ref. type in EndNote, and I really think the problem is in Pages since the Pages Mange Citations window displays it correctly.
Any ideas? it's not a major problem, since I can easily convert the references into plain text and style it when I'm done, but if it's possible I would like to get it fixed.
(Pages 4.0 and OS X 10.5.6 on a Quad core Mac Pro)
