Using pages '06 on my 1.8GHz iMac G5 with 1gig of RAM.. it is really laggy.. especially using tables and graphics etc.. is this just me or do other people experience it as well? Can it be rectified?

There's a tiny bit of lag when moving around large objects but that's all I experience. I'm using iWork '05 btw.

If I have a bunch of graphics on a multi-page documents I notice lag in the typing, i.e. I can type faster than Pages can keep up (and I'm not that fast). I'm running iWork 06 on a 1.67GHz Powerbook with 1.5GGB RAM, btw.

Snappier™ Pages is something I'm expecting/hoping/demanding for iWork 07.

Tables can really slow Pages down, even more than graphics in my experience. Often the slowdowns can be improved by saving the document, quitting Pages and restarting.
