Pages not syncing between devices???

Hello,

My iPhone 4 is iOS 7 and my MacBook is Mavericks.

Pages has stopped syncing between my two devices.

I have tried rebooting the router.

I have tried deleting the Pages app from my phone and when I reinstall the documents are exactly he same as they were - without any updates I have are on the MacBook.

I have tried signing out of iCloud on the MacBook, rebooting and signing back in but it just simply shows the sane documents as before without any updates from the iPhone app. And for the last three days the document I use the most shows as "waiting..." but nothing happens.

Can anyone help?
