Pages prints wrong orientation

I have a document setup in Pages that is 10" X 15" Landscaped. When I preview the document, everything looks correct on the page and the page shows landscaped. When I print, the text is rotated 90 degrees and is portrait on the paper. I am using a Konica Minolta Bizhub. I have checked every setting and all settings seems to be correct. I can print the same document that I have setup in MS Publisher and it prints correctly. I am trying to shift over to pages but can't get this figured out.

Any Ideas?
