If I have two documents I need to attach in an email, can pages do this?

Also, does it create a documents folder, or is the doc stored within the app?

There may well be an app that does that - I don't know of one off hand. Tricky bit is getting the file(s) out of Pages into an app that does multiple attachments - you'll probably have to transfer it via WebDAV storage/iDisk or email it to yourself, then 'Open in' the multiple attachment app.

You can create folders within the Pages app, but that sits within the app, not an external docs folder. You'll need something like Goodreader for that.
