I searched through the 48 pages of the first link you gave me and did not find one with MLA Format.

There was one for APA, but that is not what my school uses.
 
MLA template you can convert.

On one hand I hope this is moot because I hope you solved your problem, on the other hand I don't want to waste my time. But this is fun so far so the latter wont be an issue.

Their Reports: Research Paper template IS in proper MLA format as defined by Purdue University's somewhat definitive style site:

and according to my SparkChart. They did choose an nonacademic font but that's up to your teacher/dept./school because MLA does not specify font but if that doesn't look MLA-ey enough then try converting this to pages then making it into a template.

Bottom-line: I'd try the existing pages template, run it past your instructor and make any changes (which will be minor) and save it as a new template.
