Help!

I opened a Certificates document (Classic Certificate) from Pages (iWorks 09) and I can't seem delete the faint layer under my text. The faint graphic resembles a text box with four flowers, one at each corner. If anyone knows how to delete the layer under my text please help.

Thanks!

There is a locked image underneath the center text box. I found it by deleting the text boxes. I undid those deletions & was only able to select that object by clicking & dragging my cursor from the right side. The blue border is also locked & you will select it as well. Just command-click on the blue border then unlock the faint image & you can delete it.

- Edit, Select All
- Arrange, Unlock
- Edit, Deselect All
- Left click just outside the border you want to delete (I clicked near where the flower and box meet. You should see a blue edit box appear around the image to be deleted.)
- Delete

Thanks, I'll give it a try!
