Paid for iStat Menus - pay again after clean install?

Do I have to pay again for iStat Menus after I made a fresh install of OS X Snow Leopard?

I have a full Time Machine backup but for a variety of reasons, restoring the whole thing as you'd expect is not possible. Is there a way of restoring only the already-paid-for iStat Menus from my Time Machine backup? And would that actually work? Everything else has been restored manually.

Just reuse the same serial you received when you purchased it.

Thanks for the quick and succinct reply! Is the serial the same thing as the Order ID I received in my email? And where is this serial "reused"?

Yes, they will have send you an email containing the serial. Look through iStat's preferences for something along the lines of "Registration" or "Enter Serial".

Okay, I've done that but it tells me "registration failed" as the serial is wrong, but it isn't because I've checked it. I've emailed the Bjango team, as I have no other code to go on and that serial, if it is the serial, is not incorrectly typed.

And yes, I did pay for it. Something is clearly wrong.
