Pair new keyboard without login?

My BT keyboard is acting up and won't type consistent letters. As such, I cannot even login. I have a replacement keyboard to test, but without being able to login is there a way to pair it?
 
Resolved. With the old keyboard turned off, and reboot with the new keyboard on, it eventually prompts to pair it.
