I got a Magic Mouse the other day from my dad and when i first got it i paired it up with his laptop to test it out. Now i got to my computer yesterday and I'm having trouble pairing on my computer do I have to go back and unpair it from his computer or should i be able to pair it up with my computer? on a side note im running 10.6.2 all up to date.

Yes, you must remove the pairing record from a previous machine before you try to associate it with another Mac. Go to the Mouse preferences, or Bluetooth preferences as the case may be, on your Dad's computer, and remove the mouse from the listing. Then try to pair it with your own computer.

can I pair the magic mouse with a 2nd computer without unpairing it from the first. In other words I want to use it on my iBook G4 and my desktop iMac side by side
