Pairing Orange Theory Fitness heart rate monitor

hello! I have the wrist heart rate monitor from orange theory. I’ve paired the monitor at home. But i turn it off for the drive and then when i get there, it does not auto pair to my watch. Any ideas? I can’t pair it there since everyone has the same monitor.
