Palm accused of 'spying' on Pre owners

Palm Pre owner Joey Hess claims to have uncovered code within the phone's operating system which shows that the device is sending back information about his location to Palm.

1. I love privacy, I turned all of those off when I first set up the Pre, its not hidden

2. which cellphone users really think operators dont know where their phone approximately is all the time?

3. which thrid party app friendly smartphone users dont think app store manager knows what app are on their phone?
