Palm RAID?

It looks awesome. I would prefer it to be just the enclosure. Too many thunderbolt vendors trying to push drives down our throats.
 
Nice concept, but too expensive. Is it possible booting OSX through Thunderbolt? If so, it's a way of getting PCIe speeds on the Mac Mini, iMac, etc...
