Pandora downloads self-deleting..

I've pushed my pandora downloads to my watch so that I don't need to take my phone when I go run..

For some reason, my watch occasionally removes my downloads and I get a "pandora will sync when it's near your phone". My watch is nowhere near storage capacity and the playlists are still downloaded on my phone..

1. Why is it doing this?
2. There doesn't seem to be a way to force a sync, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for when or how quickly these playlists repopulate on my watch..
