Pandora easier controls in car

I use pandora on my phone and plug it in through my aux jack in my 2010 Toyota Camry SÉ. i was wondering if there was an easier way to control pandora like skipping songs without having to look down on the phone and press the next button? Maybe like swipe across the whole screen from left to right to indicate that you would like to skip to the next song?

Are there any cydia apps/hacks to do such a thing?

I use Activator to make the volume buttons skip tracks. Works on all music apps. It is one of the biggest reasons I jailbreak actually. It's much safer to skip songs in the car.
