Pandora in Europe?

I've been waiting for this for forever now, does anyone know how to access Pandora while in Europe, or when it might come here?

Often people use proxies to try and get through (I've heard of it being used to try and access Hulu before, although I'm not sure of whether it has ever been successful), although it might not even work with Pandora.
