Pandora Radio NO ICON

Hey All -
So i've had my iphone 3G since it came out, have had pandora in the past, but a while ago, I rebooted my phone and boom - the pandora icon was missing. I've done firmware updates, and even gotten new phones, and the icon still never appears after downloading from the app store. it all looks like it should exist when going through my apps in itunes, and the blank space is there for the icon on my phone, but nothing...

Anyone have a similar problem? it's *just* pandora, and it's killin me - i love pandora!

Odd, that hasn't happened on mine since their release. And by saying you've done firmware updates, I assume your iPhone isn't jailbroken. I wonder what happened in the reboot to mess your Pandora icon. Maybe restore as a last resort.
