iPod touch Pandora Radio...

You all probably know about this free app, but I'm new to it and I LOVE it.
This is a WiFi internet streaming radio app. You can search for a favorite composer, performer, etc and Pandora will make a "radio station" for you, playing music by that artist, plus similar music by other artists.
I like a lot of stuff not usually found on "real" radio, but Pandora has it-- Celtic music, classical etc. Give it a try: just search for Pandora on the App Store

Yeah, it is probably one of the greatest App Store apps out there. I also like "Public Radio Tuner" which allows you to listen to your local radio over the Internet with better quality and no static.

Oh thanks. I'll get that for sure. Most of my podcasts come from public radio-- shows like "Wait,Wait, Don't Tell Me" and "The Capital Steps" which I always seem to miss. Getting them by podcast is a real godsend.

buffering really isn't too much of a problem. besides, where do we find Pandora for the ipod touch?

Yeah, I really like it also, turned me on to several new bands which I am planning on downloading some time soon.

Great app, only bad side is that 6 skip per hour rule... But that's only per station which is great.

Only thing I really dislike is that you can't go back to play an app or something because... It is an app

But hey, it's free, so who am I to complain?

Are you from outside of US? Pandora is currently only available to people living inside US.

we dont get pandora up here in the north. Its sad.
