First time poster here :: I have a Macbook pro and so does the wife. She tried to update OS and said that she thought it was locked up half way thru and shut it down. Problem is now it comes up panic error. I have tried all the command prompts and disk utility. I don't have a recovery disk or a time machine backup. Tried to load from internet and it tells me the disk is locked. Bout ready to pull some hair out can anyone help ?
