So, I've been using an external monitor with 65w external PD charging. Everything has been working great until this morning when I took the MacBook out for a zoom-call. Then I put it back in, and voila - NO PICTURE. The MacBook recognizes an external display, but no picture shows. The only thing that I have changed since yesterday is installing Al Dente battery management. Can this be a problem?

My final paper Is due on Monday, I reaalllllly want this fixed!!

I have an LS32AM700UUXEN.

The AlDente discharge and calibrate features do not work with an external display in clamshell mode. AlDente Pro actually prevents you doing this, but AlDente free will let you select Discharge in Clamshell mode and the screen will go black. This is not an AlDente bug but basic to the situation. Short thread on the AlDente forum

Could this be what is happening with you? Simplest is just open the MacBook so it is not in Clamshell mode.
