I have set a few panoramic wallpapers as the home screen and they have not acted as they did in the WWDC where I thought they were supposed to move to show the whole image....

Did you set it from in Settings or from in the Photos app? You have to set it from in Settings for it to move.

Like pssmith84 mentioned the iOS has to see them as being panoramic and place the pics in the panoramic album. You need to pick them from there to work.
 
Set it from the settings instead of the... oh nevermind, it's been said three times already.:rolleyes:
 
I tried a couple and did not like it at all. It moves way too quickly and just feels sloppy.
