Hi i just updated my Bondi Blue G3 to Panther OS but am having a bit of trouble with my ipod 4g 30gb. The computer is recognizing it fine, it appears as a white hard disk icon on my desktop, however it does not open under itunes? The itunes installed is the one that originally came with panther. I have not done any softwares updates as of yet. Is there some form of firmware or software that i need to download in order to get my ipod running?

I'd try a software update on iTunes first. It may be that it needs to be at a certain version number to support a 4G iPod.
