Panther And The Blue Curser

I have installed panther 10.3 and I am using a 17inch Apple studio display with a Doctor Bot adapter. Every time I logout or restart my G4 my curser turn Blue and sometime the keyboard locks up or freezes. It work fine with OS X 10.2.

Has Anyone here had this problem
