I prefer shredders with higher capacity bins - I hate emptying the shredded paper into garbage bags, since some of it always ends up on the floor.

I just buy the $20-$40 ones, maybe I should invest in a more expensive one.

The one you linked to is $149, which isn't that inexpensive. Aside from build quality, I look for:
  1. Number of sheets you can feed at one time, which determines how fast you can get through a pile
  2. Size of the waste bin, as before
  3. Ability to shred optical disks
