Does anyone here use Taxact with Parallels? I am running XP sv2 with Parallels v 8 and ML on an iMac with 4 g of ram. I have used Taxact for 5 years and until now everything worked perfectly. This year with the 2014 vs the program worked fine but it would not print. Not to the printer nor to a pdf file. after about 5 email exchanges with the Co. to no avail they found out that I was using a Mac and flat told me They do not support that platform end of conversation. I could try win 7 and or Parallels 10 but I don't want to spend the money and still not have it work. Please Help.

I have used TaxAct for years, first on Windows and last several years on a Mac. I have always used their online version and I am enthusiastic about how well it works and how inexpensive it is -- and it is even cheaper for returning customers. It works perfectly in Safari on a Mac. If you are open to the online version: https://www.taxact.com/index.asp?

If you don't have the Mac version, install XP SP3 and the hundreds of updates which came after that. SP2 hasn't been supported by any major applications in many years.
