Parallel 7 and Sharing

Hopefully I can explain this understandably.

I want to run Turbotax with my laptop and iMac. I only have the PC version. I haven't figured out a way yet t do this. Turbotax seems to keep the data within the app itself.
So - can I use some type of sharing folder with Parallels and the PC? Such that I can take the laptop on the road with me and work with Turbotax and then maybe finish in Parallels?

All help welcomed
