Parallel Windows XP - Floppy drive 1 error

I have two Parallel setups, one for Win 7 and another with XP. When i start up XP, I get a pop up screen Floppy drive 1, which i assume is the DVD player.


Now I'm getting the same error in Win 7, and it says i don't have access to the cd drive. either it don't exist or it is in use, or you dont have permission to access it.

any help?
