Canada is my city
I have a massive problem since I restored yesterday my Mac from a Time Machine backup. For whatever reason, I noticed that when I boot my Windows 7 virtual machine, it says "unable to connect hard disk 0". This doesn't happen with any other VM. Naturally, my reaction is to use Time Machine to restore an older file. I have no idea why, but it still doesn't work. It doesn't even work with the oldest file. I tried mounting it, doesn't mount. Tried modifying the "diskdescriptor.xml" and all that stuff, but the Parallels support page is so confusing that I was unable to do anything. And I don't have any snapshots.

This VM contains a lot of very precious information including work, so I really wish to get my data back at the very least. I have no clue why does restoring an old file doesn't work, but according to other people with that issue, it has something to do with the "diskdescriptor.xml" file. Can anyone help me?
