Parallels 10 won't see Bootcamp Partition

I recently installed an additional SSD into my iMac. I also have my old HDD still installed with 2 partitions, one for OS X and one done by Bootcamp for Windows.
I have Windows 10 TP installed on the Bootcamp partition, and everything there works perfectly.
However, when I ran Parallels 10 from my SSD to add the Bootcamp partition as an VM, Parallels just doesn't see it!
Any ideas?
