Parallels 4.0 "Runing out of disk space"

I keep getting an error message that says "Runing out of Disk Space" withing parallels when I'm using XP. My Intel IMAC has 200GB free HDD space with 2bg ram. Is there a way of increasing HDD space in parallels 4.0 when I already have an operating system installed???

Hi om3ga,

When you go into the configuration menu ("Virtual Machine >> Configure..."), what kind of information do you get under the "Hard Disk 1" tab?
