Parallels 5 extremely slow to launch

Parallels 5 on 10.6.2 has been extremely slow to launch for me. The icon will bounce in the dock for about minute, then hang for another a minute or two, then finally launch. Tried reinstalling, repairing permissions, etc. HOWEVER, it seems that disabling the spotlight fixes the issue, so it's apparently related to that...but I don't want to have to disable spotlight. Anyone else running into this issue?

Same issue, not resolution

I am having the exact same issue. It just sits and bounces in the dock, then after 3 minutes, it opens.

Any resolution?
