I am running parallels on the macro and it runs vista 64 smoothly ,my question is how can i get it to recognize a windows formatted hard drive installed in the mac (bootcamp win7 installation),i would have thought it would pick up this drive but does not .It will pick up a external drive no problem
Any ideas --would like to store data on the windows formatted drive
 
Have you checked that MacFUSE is running? Its settings are in system preferences. I believe it has to be turned on to see NTFS volumes. Are the external drives it can see formatted as NTFS or FAT?
