Fry's has the boxed Parallels 7 for $9.99 after two rebates:

$30 for purchase
$20 for upgrade from Fusion (need VM Fusion proof of purchase)

Not a bad deal - I usually wait for Fry's to have it on sale instead of upgrading right away.

Good luck at actually getting Fry's to process the rebate. They're notorious for losing them (throwing them in the trash) or screwing it up in some capacity.
