I have a late 2009 iMac 2.8 i7, 8GB RAM and an ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB.

I'm testing Parallels 7 with Windows 7 using 4GB ram and 256 of VRam with Crysis 2, I can play 1080P with only some minor slowdowns here and there, but totally playable! this is amazing considering this is virtualization.

With specs like that, you shouldn't be having any slowdowns AT ALL.

I'd still recommend running games with bootcamp. You'll get better performance.
