Parallels 7 Number of Installs

I have two Macs and I would like to run parallels on both of them. Is this possible with on copy of parallels 7?
 
Duff-Man says....I posted this bit from the license agreement in another thread and will paste here...oh yeah!

You may use one copy of the Software activated with an activation key on a single personal computer owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you, at a single time.

The Software may not be used on or distributed to a greater number of computers than you have activation keys.
