Parallels 7 Windows XP SP3 size

Does anybody have an idea how much space would Win XP SP3 take inside Parallels 7 ? I have an Air with 128GB so Win 7 is not an option. Is Windows updateable via Windows Update afterwards ?
 
I'd safely say (including post-install drivers and updates) that it would be around 6-7GB. And yes, Windows Update works within Parallels. Note that the size that you specify in Parallels is a Maximum size. It will only actually be the size that it requires, and won't immediately take the full amount that you specify.
