Parallels 8 on MBA late 2011 fans going all time?

So I installed Parallels 8 on MBA late 2011 since Apple can't get Windows 8 bootcamp drivers out and the fans going all time? Seems to run OK but wow are the fans annoying.

How much RAM do you have? I realize it's a different physical design but for comparison my base model i5 2.3Ghz mid-2011 Mac Mini upgraded to 16GB RAM is almost always silent when running Parallels 8 and Windows 8. I can only hear fan start up at times if I am playing graphical intensive games in Windows 8.
