Lately my Parallels Access app won't work from my iPad (iPad and MacBook Pro). I reinstalled the iPad app, but that didn't help. I tried using the app from home with a strong internet connection but that made no difference. The app opens, but when I try to remote access my MacBook Pro the app simply closes. Cancelled my late September renewal date.
Parallels Access doesn't really offer meaningful customer support.
