Parallels and OneNote/Circus Ponies

Couple questions about Parallels, OneNote, and Circus Ponies Notebook:

1. When using Parallels and OneNote, can you still use the features like screen clippings from OS X, or would you be limited only to things within the Parallels window?

2. Same question for Circus Ponies, except other way around: if I'm running Parallels and Circus Ponies Notebook, would I be able to grab stuff from inside the Parallels window into Notebook?
