Parallels and the Hand held Apple Remote

I have discovered a download called Remote Buddy, that allows me to use my hand held Apple Remote control to run a PowerPoint presentation on my MacBook Pro.

However I am not finding anything to enable the same function on the Parallels side of my Mac. Only found something that runs with Bootcamp.

Does anyone know a solution to this?
